Accompanied Consecutive Translation Service (Chinese and English)
During your business meetings, conferences, and seminars, our skilled translators will accompany you throughout your trip, providing real-time translation services. We will ensure a clear understanding and seamless communication between you and your business partners, fostering a professional atmosphere and enhancing collaboration.

Service Rate
Full Day: US$860 per day (8 hours, from 9 am to 6 pm, including 1 hour lunch time, GMT+8);
Half Day: US$760 (4 hours, any continuous 4 hours between 9 am and 6 pm);
Extra Hour: US$200 per extra working hour on normal working days; and all hours on public holidays are calculated as extra hour.
🚙 Transportation, 🍜Food and 🏨 Lodging is EXCLUSIVE from the above rate.
Service Hours:
Normal Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (On working days, GMT+8, China)
Extra Working Hours: Any hour outside of normal working hours or hours on public holidays.
Standard Service Duration: The typical daily service duration is 8 hours, which includes meal and rest times. The charging rates are as follows:
More than 7 hours but less than 8 hours of service will be billed at the full 8-hour rate.
More than 3 hours but less than 4 hours of service will be billed at the 4-hour rate.
Service duration of less than 1 hour will be charged at the 1-hour rate.
Travel Time: If the service necessitates travel to a different city or location from the translator's base location, a full-day rate of US$860 shall apply for that day.
Waiting Time: If the translator's services are required intermittently throughout the day (with waiting periods or travel with the client in between), a full-day rate of US$860 will be applicable. This ensures that our translators can dedicate their time solely to your needs throughout the day.
Extension of Scheduled Hours:
Services will begin at the scheduled start time and conclude at the booked end time. For example, if a 1-hour service is booked starting at 2:00 PM, the service will end at 3:00 PM.
If additional time is required beyond the booked hours, payment must be made to the translator on-site for the extended time at US$200 per extra working hour. If payment is not received, the translator will leave at the scheduled end time.
Travel and Allowances For Translator
If the service requires the translator to travel to a location outside their base city, the following provisions apply:
Travel Time: A full-day rate of USD 860 will be charged for the travel day.
Transportation Costs: Clients are responsible for covering all round-trip travel expenses for the translator. If the client requires the translator to book hotel and transportation tickets personally, the client shall pay the corresponding costs at least 10 days in advance of the service date.
Food Allowance: A minimum daily allowance of USD 30 per translator is required to cover meals.
Accommodation Allowance: A minimum daily allowance of USD 100 per translator is required to cover lodging.
These provisions are intended to ensure our translators are well cared for during their assignment, allowing them to concentrate entirely on delivering top-quality service for you.
Scheduling & Payment
To ensure availability, services must be scheduled and fully paid at least ten (10) days in advance.
Step 1: Complete payment for the service online. (Payment One)
Step 2: Receive an email confirmation with your booking details and service information.
Step 3: Confirm the date and meeting location. Once confirmed, the translator will contact you directly to finalize all arrangements.
Payment for Travel, Food Allowance, and Hotel (Payment Two)
Clients are kindly responsible for covering all round-trip travel expenses for the translator. If you would like the translator to personally book the hotel and transportation tickets, the corresponding costs must be provided at least 10 days before the service date to ensure all arrangements are made smoothly and on time.
Once your service booking and Payment One are confirmed online, we will issue a separate invoice for Payment Two, detailing the total travel costs and allowances for your convenience
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the service date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 7 to 10 days prior to the service date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the service date are non-refundable.
Any transportation, food, or lodging expenses already incurred by the translator are non-refundable.
